Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once delivered.

We do not accept returns of pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, or other live/seasonal décor due to their perishable nature.


2. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Fault)

If something arrives broken, rotting, or clearly not what you ordered:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll either replace the item (if stock allows) or issue a partial refund/credit.


3. Carved Pumpkins

Carved pumpkins are not returnable or refundable, since carving shortens their natural life span.

We guarantee carved pumpkins will arrive fresh and in good condition.

Once delivered, their longevity depends on weather, placement, and care, and we cannot be responsible for natural deterioration.


4. Customer-Handled Damage

If pumpkins, gourds, or décor are damaged after delivery due to:

Dropping, carving, painting, weather exposure, pets, or improper handling,
we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Think of pumpkins like flowers — once they’re in your hands, they need gentle care to stay beautiful.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before delivery may result in a partial refund or credit at our discretion, since items may already be prepped and reserved.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue:

Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the product.

Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
